These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Ubicomply URL Checker for Outlook add-in and related services provided by Ubicomply Inc.

Service

URL Checker for Outlook is provided as a hosted security analysis service that reviews URLs found in the currently opened Outlook message and returns an informational risk assessment.

Subscription and billing

Access to production use of the service is offered on a subscription basis at the price shown on the pricing page, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled.

Acceptable use

• You may use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, resell, misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your subscription and access credentials secure.

No guarantee

The service provides a risk assessment to support decision-making. It does not guarantee that every malicious or deceptive URL will be identified, and it should not be your sole security control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubicomply Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, legal compliance requirements, or material violation of these terms.
